From 1980 to present, Mr. Peters has been President and owner of Colwood Enterprises Ltd., a private British Columbia company that provides management and consulting services to reporting companies. Mr. Peters has been a founding shareholder and director of numerous listed public companies over the past two decades. He served as President and CEO of TSX Venture Exchange listed Timer Explorations Inc.(formerly B2B Solutions Inc.) from March 2000 to February 2006. From July 1989 to December 1995 Mr. Peters was the Chief Executive Officer of Unique Tire Recycling Inc. He served as president and director of Consolidated JABA Inc. (now Dundarave Resources Inc.) from June 2000 to February 2002.
