| | | Mr. Paul Matysek, M. Sc, P. Geo.
Position: CEO and President
Mr. Matysek is a founding director of Lithium One. He has over 30 years of experience in the mining industry and is an experienced professional geochemist and geologist with a Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Geology. Mr. Matysek has held senior management and director positions with several natural resource exploration and development companies including Ocean Park Ventures, Forsys Metals and Nevada Copper. Mr. Matysek, a company builder, most recently held the position of President and CEO of Potash One Inc. In November 2010, Potash One Inc agreed to a friendly takeover by K+S for $4.50 a share ($434 million of consideration). Prior to joining Potash One Inc., Mr. Matysek was the President and CEO of Energy Metals Corporation, a premier uranium company traded on the New York Stock and Toronto Stock Exchanges. Energy Metals became one of the fastest growing companies in Canada in the last few years having grown from a market capitalization of only $10 million in 2004 to approximately $1.5 billion when it was acquired by a larger uranium producer in 2007.

Position: CFO
Mr. Lim has been with Dundarave Resources for several years. Before joining Dundarave, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Energy Metals Corporation, a NYSE-Arca and TSX-listed company. Prior to this, Mr. Lim was the Chief Financial Officer of a group of resource companies for 5 years with operations in North and South America, Australia and Africa. He began his career at KMPG and has since held roles of increasing responsibility, several of which were senior roles in public practice and in the mining industry.

Position: Corporate Secretary
Ms. Thomson has over 20 years experience including 15 years' managing the corporate administration of public mining companies. Her previous roles as Corporate Secretary include Energy Metals, First Majestic Silver and First Quantum Minerals.

Energy Metals became one of the fastest growing companies in Canada in the last two years having grown from a market capitalization of only $10 million in 2005 to $1.2 billion when it was sold to a larger uranium producer earlier in 2007.
He has raised over $200 million for various exploration and development projects since 1999.

Position: Director
Andre Pauwels, an experienced geologist, joined the Dundarave Resources Inc. Ltd. board in 2004. He brings a wealth of experience (over 35 years) in all phases of exploration for gold and base metals. Now a Geological Consultant, Mr. Pauwels, in the past was Exploration Manager for Cominco Ltd. and Senior Geologist for Bethlehem Copper Ltd. and Union Miniere. He held senior geological positions with responsibilities for selecting and evaluating new projects internationally and for designing programs and managing exploration projects. Mr. Pauwels speaks 4 languages fluently and has worked on four continents. Mr. Pauwels also serves on the boards of several public companies and has successfully managed privately held mineral interests.

Position: Director
From 1980 to present, Mr. Peters has been President and owner of Colwood Enterprises Ltd., a private British Columbia company that provides management and consulting services to reporting companies. Mr. Peters has been a founding shareholder and director of numerous listed public companies over the past two decades. He served as President and CEO of TSX Venture Exchange listed Timer Explorations Inc.(formerly B2B Solutions Inc.) from March 2000 to February 2006. From July 1989 to December 1995 Mr. Peters was the Chief Executive Officer of Unique Tire Recycling Inc. He served as president and director of Consolidated JABA Inc. (now Dundarave Resources Inc.) from June 2000 to February 2002.
